What’s it all about?

It’s a 6 week training program that challenges you to get fit & lose body fat (if needed) through structured and progressive exercise + nutrition guidance which will get you on your way to becoming a fitter & healthier you. You’ll also build up your strength.

Sounds great, do I need a gym membership?

Nope, all workouts have been designed so you can do them at home, however you can do them at the gym if you wish. There are also some workouts which involve running which will need to be done outdoors or on a treadmill.

What about equipment?

No need. All you need for your workouts is your body! The workouts are a mixture of HIIT, bodyweight resistance circuit training and also some jogging/running.

Can anyone do it?

Sure, the workouts are designed to be suitable for as many people as possible, which means you can make it as hard or as easy as you want. The main goal is to get you active and fitter.

How do I access it all?

It’s all super easy to follow. It’s run through an app which you’ll be sent a link to download when you sign up. From the app you’ll receive the program (which you can start when you want) with exercise video tutorials + notes, nutrition tracking and progress monitoring. All in your pocket on your phone. It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket.

At the end of the 6 weeks there will be chances to win some cool prizes based on your transformation:

  • 1st place – 8 Weeks Online 1-1 coaching (direct contact with me throughout and a tailor made program to suit your goals).
  • 2nd place – Vegan Protein Powder

Before you sign up, just so you know the positive impact you’re having by doing this challenge, I’m donating £2 from every program sold to The Performing Animal Welfare Society. These guys do a fantastic job at rescuing and rehabilitating abused animals (elephants, tigers, lions, bears, monkeys and more) that have been used in the exotic and entertainment industry.
